Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

As our products include small beads and craft components, please ensure all items are returned complete and securely packaged to avoid loss in transit.

How to Return To start a return, please contact us at kingyscraft@outlook.com before sending anything back. We'll provide return instructions and the return address.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer in all cases. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement if possible or full refund at no extra cost to you. In this case, return postage will be covered by us.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened bead packs or cut-to-length items.
